Technician
You will diagnose and repair all different kinds of computers, laptops, and servers both in-shop and on-site within Saskatoon. Build new custom computers and upgrade existing computers. You will also give phone support to customers with various computer-related issues. You will also implement new small office networks and repair/maintain existing networks.
Responsibilities:
- Repair computers & laptops (malware removal, hardware diagnostics & installation, software issues, OS repair/installation, etc).
- Build new custom computers. Upgrade existing computers.
- Network installation, maintainence and repair.
- Phone support.
Knowledge & Qualifications Required:
- At least 3 years experience troubleshooting and repairing computers and/or laptops.
- Experience implementing and maintaining small office networks (wired and wireless). This includes experience with network devices and configuration of the devices (router, swtiches, NIC's, etc).
- Knowledgable in servers, Microsoft. Linux/Unix knowledge is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Valid drivers license.
